By far one of our favorite meals in Denton, and possibly on earth! We stopped in at the location within Harvest House. We tried out the Original Banh Mi sandwich, tacos, and egg rolls. We go back and forth between the pork and chicken, but definitely prefer the pork for a first experience. Wonderful flavors with just the right amount of spice. The tacos are a little easier to eat and are easier to portion control, but the classic sandwich is to die for. The egg rolls as a side are a must - always super hot, crispy, and fresh.
Can't say enough good things about Pickled Carrot- They even catered our engagement party! -

I'm a fan of the Pickled Carrot. I've never intentionally sought them out, but I've eaten a couple selections whenever I am at Eastside or Harvest House. I believe they are almost always at Eastside, and the have a permanent location at Harvest House.
It's nice to have something fresh to eat as opposed to the more fried fair. I like that I can get some tasty tofu, and they offer it here. The Baan mi is very good as well as the noodle bowl.
The people working are generally pretty nice, sometimes the wait for food is a little over ten minutes but I'm used to waiting at food trucks. It's also not as over priced as some trucks can tend to be.
I think I would say if you are at one of these two bars defiantly check it out. It's also fun to go to on a hot summer day. -

I love their egg rolls! They're fairly priced and taste great. I've had their banh mi and they're pretty tasty. Almost every time I'm out and smell their food it makes me crave it - and I *usually* give in. I'm not veg, but i like that they have a tofu option because some days I just like to go without meat.
The service is great also! Really the perfect stop when you're out at Harvest House or around Austin St. -

Finally!!! This is the place!!! So let's just start with the egg rolls... CRAZY GOOD! All 5 in my party loved them. An order comes with 3 and was $6 we cut them in 1/2 and all tried them. Then we all fought for who got to have the extra one. The FRESH taste really brings something else to the table. The other options were burgers, Mexican food, or barbecue. We tried almost everything. Everyone picked a different food truck. This area is great. A definite if you have kids that need to be outside, a group that needs lots of options. This place was perfect.

I came across this food truck while grabbing an after work drink at Harvest House. I had no intentions of buying food while out, but I could not resist the aromas while enjoying my drink. I tried the loaded fries with pork and wow were they amazing. Such a fun Asian twist on traditional loaded. I was out with a friend who is on the keto diet, they sampled the pork and were also highly raving.
